Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you use the TRUEVEX Health website, we may collect the following information:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account or sign in (including through Google sign-in).
- Order information — shipping address, order contents, and payment confirmation details. Full payment card numbers are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
- Assessment information — the answers you provide in our research assessment form, including your name, phone number, email address, age, and the research solutions you are interested in.
- Usage information — basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working properly.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and ship your orders.
- Create and manage your account and saved assessments.
- Send you research recommendations based on your assessment responses, where you have requested them.
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Store Shopper Details, Orders and Addresses
- Shopper details — your name and email are stored with your account so we can confirm orders and let you sign in. Guest orders are stored with the email entered at checkout and attached to your account if you later sign up with that email.
- Orders — we keep the items, amounts, order status and shipment tracking number for each order so you can follow it in your account and so we can meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Addresses — your shipping address is stored with the order it ships to. If you choose "Save this address to my account", it is also kept in your saved addresses so checkout can fill it in for you. You can remove saved addresses at any time from your Account page.
- Who can see it — only you (when signed in) and authorized TRUEVEX staff can view your orders and addresses. Addresses are shared with shipping carriers only to deliver your order.
- Cart — items in your cart are kept only in your own browser until you check out.
3. Research Use of Assessment Data
Assessment responses are used to generate general research-only information for you. They are stored securely, are accessible only to you and authorized TRUEVEX personnel, and are never used to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive only your order details and payment confirmation — never your full card number. If you join a subscription, your payment method is stored by the payment provider so renewals can be charged, and you can manage or cancel it at any time through your account.
5. Sign-In with Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We use this only to create and identify your account. We do not post anything on your behalf or access any other Google services.
6. Emails
We send transactional emails such as order confirmations and assessment recommendations to the email address you provide. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
7. Data Retention
We keep your account, order, and assessment information for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time.
8. Security
We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to request a copy of it. To exercise these rights, contact us through your account or the support channels listed on our website.
10. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Contact
For questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact us through your account or the support channels listed on our website.
